Who we are

Philip Blundell is a Vice-Chair of Warwickshire Police Authority, considering national issues. He has contributed extensively to Warwickshire and as a member of Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council, including four years as leader.

A lifelong Rugby resident, he was Chief Executive of Birmingham City Challenge.

Formerly the UK chief executive for an American multinational company Mike Edwards now runs his own recruitment and personnel consultancy.

A retired member of the military Ian Francis is Chair of Warwickshire Police Authority.

An active member of the church at all levels of the diocese Ian has a technical background and is particularly experienced in the areas of administration and personnel.

Dorrette McAuslan has lived in Leamington Spa for 30 years and during this time she has been continually active in various aspects of public life at National, Regional and Local levels.

She has been especially involved with Health, Education and Consumer Affairs and has served as Vice Chairman and Acting Chairman of the Council for Racial Equality for Warwick & Leamington.

She is currently the Vice Chair of the South Warwickshire General Hospital NHS Trust.

Steve has lived in Leamington Spa for 17 years. He worked for Lloyds TSB for 32 years and took early retirement in 2001 when he was branch Director for South Warwickshire. Since then, Steve has been very active in the local community as a Non-Executive Director of South Warwickshire Primary Care Trust, Chair of Governors at Myton School, Warwick and Chair of trustees at Castel Froma Home for the Disabled in Leamington. He is also a Business Consultant working with Futurebuilding in the voluntary sector.

Philip Robson is a Vice-Chair of Warwickshire Police Authority, considering regional matters. He retired in 2001, after 11 years as Warwickshire's Chief Probation Officer. He was a member of the National Parole Board and the Chief Officer responsible for the County Youth Offending Team.

Currently, he runs his own management consultancy, specialising in criminal justice and social welfare issues.
