Biography
Angela O’Boyle was appointed as an Independent Member for Warwickshire Police Authority in the Autumn of 2008.
After a career in teaching she was appointed as Chair of the National Probation Service, Warwickshire in 2001. She was on the Management Board of the Warwickshire Youth Offending Team and chaired a Regional Board concerned with Offender Management in prisons and the community. Currently Angela does conciliation work for the NHS throughout Warwickshire.
Her appreciation of the voluntary sector is based upon many years serving as a Trustee of Warwick District CAB and, more recently, as a local committee member on Warwickshire CAVA.
