Biography:

Has had a Business career in the Private Sector with GKN, British Gypsum Ltd and latterly as HR Director of Midlands Electricity plc where he had responsibility for Employee Relations, Management Development, Remuneration, Recruitment and Training. He is now a self employed Human Resources Consultant and a non-executive Board Member of a major subsidiary in the Orbit Housing Group.

In addition he is a Magistrate and is Chairman of the Courts Board for Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire - a Board with a statutory duty to monitor the Administration of Courts in these areas.
