Biography

Frank is a Warwickshire County Councillor for the Division of Bedworth West.  He was vice chair of Warwickshire Health Authority for several years before becoming Chair of the George Eliot Hospital Trust.  He was also Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee for Adult and Community Services at Warwickshire County Council. 

He is active in his local community as a school governor.  He chairs the local youth project which provides community support services for young people.  He is committed to community partnership working with the police, young people, community locality forums and local government.
