Biography
Phillip Morris-Jones is a county council member of long standing.
He was educated in the Midlands then at Sandhurst and served as a captain in the Royal Artillery specialising in guided weapons.
He now owns a century old industrial company in Coventry, which confers a strong connection with the local manufacturing economy and the many problems surrounding the business community.
During his 20 years involvement with the Police Authority he has maintained a strong attachment to the voluntary services acting as lead member for the Special Constabulary and the Independent Custody Visitors.
