Biography
Since qualifying as a CIPFA accountant with the National Audit Office in 1986, Dave has worked for a variety of public sector organisations such as district councils, county councils and the NHS. He has held a number of senior management posts in audit and financial services.
Dave's interests are fishing, reading books on military history and walking.
