Biography
John has worked for Warwickshire Police Authority since January 2009. He left the mining industry in the mid-1980’s and became a historical researcher, obtaining a MA in 1987 and a PhD in 1995. Seeing there was no future in this, John turned to crime. He has worked in criminal justice for over 15 years, both in the statutory and voluntary sectors, and as an independent consultant.
When not acting as a piece of furniture for his grandchildren, John likes nothing better than to relax with a full bodied red and tales of feisty DAs slugging it out with embittered detectives.
