Biography

Mike was born in London and has lived in Warwickshire since 1988 and served as a Magistrate in Stratford-upon-Avon for 13 years.

He completed his education at Harvard Graduate School of Business, USA in 1971.

Mike has worked as the CEO for the UK and European subsidiaries of USA multinational companies for over 20 years in the aluminium, water, process control and leisure industries.  He has had Group responsibility for companies in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Belgium.

He now runs his own consultancy practice specialising in training interview techniques, psychometric assessments, management training and management accounting.

Mike is Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for Warwickshire Police Authority.
