Biography
Neil Gulliver was appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive in July 2010 having been Assistant Chief Executive since July 2008. He originally joined the Authority in 2003 having worked for Warwickshire County Council for 30 years in a number of roles.
Neil is responsible for the operational management of the Authority's staff and functions on a day-to-day basis. He also supports and deputises for the Chief Executive. Neil is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Neil's interests are cricket, walking and reading.
