Biography

After a career of 32 years in banking, Steve took early retirement from Lloyds TSB in December 2001 where he was Local Director, South Warwickshire. His career included 25 years in management with a focus on business and corporate banking, as well as regional and general management roles.

During the last 8 years Steve has successfully transferred his skills to roles of real interest to him in the public and voluntary sectors including:-

Futurebuilders England Ltd – Business Consultant
South Warwickshire PCT – Non Executive Director 2002 – 2006 including 2½ years as Chair of Audit Committee
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust – Associate Hospital Manager and Chairing MH Act Section Panels
Royal Midland Counties Home for the Disabled (Castel Froma) – Trustee/Director since 1990 and Chair of Trustees since 2002
Myton School and Specialist Science College, Warwick – Governor since 1996 and Chair of Governors since 2002

Steve has been an Independent Member of Warwickshire Police Authority since 2007.
