Cycling: It seems to be the case that more cyclists are ignoring red lights which is obviously illegal. Can you tell me the situation if they:
1. dismount, push the cycle on the pavement and remount round the junction
2. dismount at the lights, push the cycle past the stop line and then remount to continue
