FREEDOM OF INFORMATION

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 means that public authorities have to give people access to all types of recorded information and produce a publication scheme.

The publication scheme below sets out what information will be made available to the public, how people can access the information and whether the information will be available free of charge or on payment. This means that anyone can get fast and easy access to information they want.

By law, we have to respond to most written enquiries for information requested under the Act within 20 days, stating whether we hold the information.

If you want information on any issue to do with operational policing, please contact Police Headquarters at Leek Wootton, or see the Police website for further information.

If you want Police Authority information, please look on our website first, and then contact Neil Gulliver by e-mail to policeauthority@warwickshire.gov.uk
