Audit Committe Agenda - 3 February 2010

A meeting of the Audit Committee will take place in CONFERENCE ROOM 2, POLICE HEADQUARTERS, LEEK WOOTTON on WEDNESDAY 3rd FEBRUARY 2010 at 10.00am.

The agenda will be:

1. Apologies

2. Members’ Declaration of Personal and Prejudicial Interests

Members are reminded that they should declare the existence and nature of their personal interests at the commencement of the relevant item (or as soon as the interest becomes apparent).  If that interest is a prejudicial interest the Member must withdraw from the room unless one of the exceptions applies.

3. Minutes of the Meeting held on the 2nd December 2009 and Matters Arising

4. Corporate Governance – report by internal audit (members should note that progress on the recommendations made in this report will be included in agenda item 8).

5. Date of Next Meeting

The next meeting is scheduled for 27th April 2010, with a further meeting on the 5th May.  It is suggested that the Committee agrees to cancel the April meeting and replace it with a meeting on the 16th June at 10am and this will include the Risk Assessment Workshop.
